Our online file transfer module makes sending your file easy. After you click "Send File" we'll send you an e-mail to confirm that we've received it! Rest assured we will take care of you every step of the way!

Here are some tips to submit a complete file so we can create your impressive looking coaster:

All files need to submitted in .PDF, JPEG, or .GIF format
Clearly name files
Provide image in CMYK, not RGB
All text/type should be converted to outline-provide fonts if needed
Resolution needs to be a minimum of 300DPI
Include 1/4" bleed on artwork extending beyond the edge of the coaster
Do not place relevant artwork to the extreme edge of the coaster which may be cut off in production
All standard coasters will have rounded corners/edges for a better quality finish

manufacturing capabilities and provide a quality end product.
